Don,
A few days ago I mentioned a few examples of some common issues I hear from accountants when it comes to the process. Here are some ways Karbon helps solve those:
- Email: Karbon sits on top of your email, and each email has a custom AI tag next to them to give you context of what it means. It is imperative that you make sure it is attached to a project so that you see the results of how we centralize communication.
- Visibility: Karbon has custom based dashboards that can tell you various stories: who is working on what, what status projects are in, what is overdue, and how far along a project is.
- Documents: whether it is the portal or through an email, Karbon grabs all documents. With our open API, we also give you the opportunity to connect your internal DMS to allow you to copy and bring those documents with you too!
- Billing: insight into all invoice categories (drafted, awaiting, accepted, etc), custom reporting that tells you realization of clients, WIP/client, and all aging AR across the firm.
