Reason it caught my eye: firms like yours tend to get found one of two ways: someone refers you, or someone searches. And the second one usually goes unmanaged, mostly because nobody's job is to manage it.
Not necessarily a problem. Plenty of firms grow fine on referral alone. I was more curious whether that's a deliberate call or just something that's never come up.
