We're happy to confirm that all DNS and SSL/TLS issues have been resolved, and Portwarp is fully operational again across all 21 regions.
As part of the restoration, we've migrated our tunnel domains to new addresses:
- PRO: pwrp.cc → ptun.me
- FREE: free.pwrp.cc → free.tryportwarp.cc
Action required: Please update your tunnel address wherever you use it, including game servers, applications, and custom domain DNS records.
Current service status:
- PRO and FREE tunnels are fully operational.
- SSL/TLS certificate generation is working normally.
- All 21 regions are online.
