We've noticed an increase in cigarette butts being tossed over balconies and want to remind tenants to be mindful and help us maintain a clean and safe environment by disposing of them responsibly.
Improper disposal affects our community's health and poses a fire hazard. Ensure cigarette butts are fully extinguished before being disposed of properly; this can include being placed in an ashtray or a can that can be emptied.
