It seems the store hours weren't properly paused at this location, but that has now been fixed (I'm not sure who did it, but I saw it was completed this morning). Their Doordash and UberEATS integrations appear to have their accounts deactivated already, but Grubhub is still active. It has now been paused as well, and I have cleared another related rogue order.
