Please note the following timeline for Q2 2026 to ensure accurate and timely tax filing on your behalf.
Thursday, July 2, 2026, is the last day for Q2 adjustments. Any adjustments made after that date must be filed as amendments.
July 6th - July 10th : You will receive your tax return package based on your Evolution reports setting and you will also receive your tax customer package through the Asure tax portal. Please login to the URL website https://tax.asurehcm.com/ to view your tax package. You can also access the Tax Portal through your Asure Central dashboard. If you have not registered for the Asure Tax Portal to retrieve your company’s quarterly tax package, please email asuretaxportal@asuresoftware.com and include the following information:
First/Last Name
Email Address
Company Name and Federal ID #
July 15th - July 17th: Asure will perform the adjustment collections for the associated taxes.
As a reminder: Please ensure Asure has all your information to remit your filing and payment accurately and timely.
Third-party administration (TPA) has been granted for Asure for these tax jurisdictions. Click here to view our agent IDs to assign for each specific agency.
Account Numbers registered with each agency. Please review the Asure Tax Portal to validate the account numbers we have on file, by reviewing your profile.
Standard Occupational Codes (SOC); SOC codes are needed for states below.
