More Wagaloo & Pupster Academy
We were so happy to hear the interest in our structured enrichment programs! Weâre continuing to grow Wagaloo and Pupster Academy, giving pups more opportunities for trainer-led enrichment, skill-building, socialization, and purposeful play.
Even Better Communication
Clear, consistent communication was another important theme in your feedback. Weâre investing in additional staff training to help make sure you always feel informed, supported, and connected to your petâs care.
Referral Rewards Are Coming
So many of you find TownHouse through friends and fellow pet parents, and we want to say thank you for spreading the word! Weâre working on a referral rewards program that will give you an account credit when a new client you refer gets started with TownHouse. More details coming soon!
Senior Pup Programming
We also asked about interest in programming specifically for senior dogs. The feedback was mixed, so weâd like to explore the idea a little further. Weâll share more about what a senior program could look like in our next quarterly survey and get your thoughts before taking the next step.
We may not be able to implement every suggestion, but we truly read and consider your feedback. And one thing that wonât change is the personal connection we have with our clients. When you call or text TownHouse, youâre talking to a real member of our team who knows our facility, our programs, and most importantly, our pets.
