ASURE PAYROLL: NJ MANDATE Bill A4134 Starting July 15th.

I’m Bessie your local Asure/Lathem Rep. We wanted to touch base with County of Essex because of the New Jersey retirement mandate starting July 15th.

The law is called the New Jersey Secure Choice Savings Program Act, also known as RetireReady NJ. This came from NJ Bill A4134 and affects many employers with 10 or more employees.
