Good morning,
Our monitoring system is currently reporting that the MRZ-S5X(DATTO) device is offline. We have performed a remote investigation and noted the following:
Other devices on the same network subnet are responding normally.
Internal ping tests to the device (IP: 192.168.1.15) from your local server are timing out.
This suggests the device may have lost power or experienced a hardware lockup. Could you please have someone at the site check the physical status of the Datto unit? Specifically:
Power: Confirm that the power light on the front of the unit is on.
Cabling: Ensure the network cable is securely plugged into the back of the device.
If the device appears to be off, please try to power it back on and let us know so we can verify the connection.
