We’re so glad that you can join us for the 2026 Community Oncology Conference, being held on April 28-29, 2026, at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

If you attend the COPA Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, COA will cover your hotel as outlined below.

Hotel – The 2026 Community Oncology Conference is being held at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, Florida. As a COPA Board Member, COA will reserve and cover your hotel room, tax, and resort fee for the nights of Sunday, April 26, Monday, April 27, and Tuesday, April 28. To have COA cover your hotel, you must attend the COPA Board Meeting scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026. Once your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email from the hotel.

Extra costs, such as additional nights and/or upgrades to suites, tower suites, etc., will be at your expense. If you have chosen to extend your stay, the additional night(s) will be at your expense, and the hotel will collect payment.

Travel - You are responsible for scheduling your own airfare and ground transportation to and from the Conference. COA does not schedule or cover these expenses.

The closest airport to the hotel is Orlando International Airport (MCO), located approximately 21 miles away.

Ground Transportation – The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel does provide airport transportation (fees apply). If you would like a private transfer to or from the airport, you may submit your request here.  If you prefer, you may travel via taxi or Uber.

There is a hotel parking fee of $46-$56 + tax/day for preferred parking and $38 + tax/day for standard parking.

Name Badges – Name badges may be picked up at the COPA Board Meeting, located in Asia 5. If you are not planning to attend the COPA Board Meeting, you may pick up your badge beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 27. Name badges are required during Conference hours and receptions. Your name badge grants you full access to all sessions and COA events, except for those designated as “Closed Sessions”.
