A Huge Thank You from TownHouse
A huge thank you to everyone who has taken the time to complete our client survey! As an independently owned local business, your feedback truly means so much to us. We loved hearing how much you value our hands-on team, welcoming environment, and the extra care and attention we give every pet who comes through our doors.
Most importantly, your feedback helps us understand what matters to you and where we can make the TownHouse experience even better. And we’re already putting some of your ideas into action!
More Wagaloo & Pupster Academy
We were so happy to hear the interest in our structured enrichment programs! We’re continuing to grow Wagaloo and Pupster Academy, giving pups more opportunities for trainer-led enrichment, skill-building, socialization, and purposeful play.
Even Better Communication
Clear, consistent communication was another important theme in your feedback. We’re investing in additional staff training to help make sure you always feel informed, supported, and connected to your pet’s care.
Referral Rewards Are Coming
So many of you find TownHouse through friends and fellow pet parents, and we want to say thank you for spreading the word! We’re working on a referral rewards program that will give you an account credit when a new client you refer gets started with TownHouse. More details coming soon!
Senior Pup Programming
We also asked about interest in programming specifically for senior dogs. The feedback was mixed, so we’d like to explore the idea a little further. We’ll share more about what a senior program could look like in our next quarterly survey and get your thoughts before taking the next step.
We may not be able to implement every suggestion, but we truly read and consider your feedback. And one thing that won’t change is the personal connection we have with our clients. When you call or text TownHouse, you’re talking to a real member of our team who knows our facility, our programs, and most importantly, our pets.
Thank you for helping us continue to learn, grow, and make TownHouse even better.
Haven’t taken the survey yet? There’s still time! Complete it by Monday, October 5 and we’ll add a $10 credit to your TownHouse account as a thank-you for sharing your thoughts.
