Good morning, We observed an alert on Stone-FS22 on April 11, 2026 at 05:26:23, indicating that multiple services were reported as down, specifically: - User Access Logging Service (UALSVC)
- Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC)
Upon investigation, we found that this alert was triggered due to the scheduled patching activity, during which the server underwent a reboot. As both services are configured with Automatic (Delayed Start), they may not start immediately after the system reboot. This likely caused the monitoring system to temporarily detect them as down during the startup window. We have verified that both services are now up and running normally, and there is no ongoing impact.
