Egg Hunts, Enrichment & Elevated Care

We’re hopping into April with a little mischief and a lot of fun, starting with April Fools’ Day! With Easter on the way, it’s shaping up to be a festive week full of enrichment, play, and plenty of egg-stra special surprises.

Along with all the excitement, we’ll be working on important skills throughout the week, including recall (coming when called), which helps pups build focus, confidence, and strong connections while they play.

News & Reminders

We will be closed on Sunday, April 5th in observance of Easter. For pups boarding with us that weekend, please note there is a two-night minimum stay, as pickups will not be available on the holiday. Peak-season pricing ($5 per dog, per night) will apply from Friday, April 3rd through Monday, April 6th. We will reopen at 7:00 AM on Monday, April 6th.

School vacation begins the week of Monday, April 13th, and we’re anticipating a full house at TownHouse. Boarding is nearly fully booked, but if your pup still needs accommodations, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Peak-season pricing ($5 per dog, per night) will apply for spring break stays from Friday, April 10th through Monday, April 20th.

Please note that daycare reservations will be required during the April school vacation week to ensure proper staffing and a safe, balanced environment for all pups. Reservations can be made through our pet portal or by calling 203-227-3276.

There will be NO Pupster Academy or Wagaloo Enrichment during the week of April 13th.

Dog Enrichment Activities

Schedule a balance of learning and fun to your pup's days at Town House! These activities can be added on to your dog's daycare or boarding stays, and will be handled by our staff.

March 30th It’s time for the Mighty Monday Challenge! Our pups will take on a mix of training and agility activities—including hoops and recall—to get their bodies moving and their brains working.

March 31st “Did you say my name?!” We’re focusing on name recognition and coming when called for Training Tuesday, helping pups practice quick responses and strong listening skills. This is a one-on-one 15-minute session, but if there's something your dog needs to work on, please let us know, and we can easily incorporate it into your pup's regular daycare or boarding stay. We'll also have our Woofle (doggy waffle) add-on available.

April 1st For Agility Exercise Enrichment, we'll set up a challenging agility course for the pups. We'll also have our ice cream social add-on available.

April 2nd Here comes Peter Cottontail! Our pups will strike a pose for a festive Bunny Hop photoshoot filled with springtime charm and plenty of adorable moments for Crafty Canine Day. We’ll text you a digital copy of the edited photo to share or use as your wallpaper.

April 3rd Our Gym Class Friday Egg-cellent Egg Hunt is on! Using their sniffers, pups will track down hidden eggs in a fun scent-based challenge.
